PALLETISER SYSTEM FOR MACHINE DELIVERY THROUGH THE USE OF AGVs

Design, construction, installation and fine-tuning of a modular palletiser system to control the loading and unloading of machines for the production of disc brake pads through the use of 2- and 3-axis Cartesian manipulators. The load unit consists of a tray carrying an average of 18 brake pads, in turn stacked on a pallet handled by an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) system.
