MUDGUARD WELDING ISLAND LH/RH TESLA M3 (Kielce, Poland)

Robotic island installed in the plant in Magnetto Kielce (Poland) for the production of the Tesla M3 LH/RH mudguard (Spare Parts line).

The island consists of 1 KUKA robot on a slide, 2 ATN coating systems, 2 hemming stations, 2 glue heating stations with IR lamps, 2 welding/coating stations, 2 geo gripper/sheet metal grippers, 2 hemming rollers, 1 roller cleaning station and 1 NIMAK gripper.

All tools are positioned on tool change WALTHER-PRÄZISION.
