BR464 GKLASSE FRAME WELDING LINE

CO₂ welding line for BR464 GKLASSE FRAME assembly, developed at 85 metres. Composed of:

  • 7 geometry stations on rotary positioners
  • 1 station for robotic welding of 110 Tucker studs
  • 3 manual stations for brushing and CO₂ recovery
  • 8 mobile CO₂ welding robots

Developed to produce one frame/hour.
